Cameron Groep is a professional South African film actor, stunt performer, and elite movement athlete based in Cape Town. Known for his exceptional agility and dynamic physical style, Groep serves as a key member of Sabotage Elite.
Groep leveraged his background as a highly skilled traceur (parkour practitioner) and skateboarder to transition into the global film industry. He gained widespread international recognition as the primary action and stunt double for Iñaki Godoy’s character, Monkey D. Luffy, in Netflix’s hit live-action series One Piece. His specialized movement background made him uniquely suited to replicate the character’s signature, elastic combat style.
In addition to his work on One Piece, Groep’s stunt and acting credits include the horror-comedy Slay (2024), the action-thriller Strung (2026), and the Resident Evil television series. Whether tearing up the streets of Cape Town with Sabotage Elite or executing high-stakes sequences on Hollywood sets, Groep remains at the forefront of contemporary stunt performance.
