Marc Maizey Harmse is a multidisciplinary movement specialist whose background spans martial arts, parkour, calisthenics, skateboarding and stunt performance.

His movement journey began with kickboxing at a young age before progressing into technical skateboarding, MMA and eventually calisthenics and parkour. After overcoming significant spinal and back issues through structured rehabilitation and strength training, Marc developed a deep interest in movement mechanics, physical resilience and bodyweight mastery.

He became involved with Sabotage Elite through Pretoria’s early parkour community and went on to become a long-standing member of the team. Marc has since coached parkour at the University of Pretoria, developed a parkour syllabus for Bounce Inc’s Flight Academy, performed nationally as part of the Bounce Vibe Tribe and earned his ADAPT Level 1 Parkour Coaching Certification.

Alongside his movement career, Marc studied law at the University of Pretoria, completed his articles and became an admitted attorney before ultimately choosing to pursue stunt performance and movement professionally.

Today, he brings a broad technical foundation to Sabotage Elite, combining martial arts, parkour, calisthenics and movement coaching with the discipline and analytical mindset developed through both his athletic and legal careers.
