Tristan Wrench is an explosive South African stunt performer, professional actor, and veteran parkour athlete based in Cape Town. Known for his absolute fearlessness and technical movement precision, Wrench has a long-standing history with Sabotage Elite. He notably also serves as a member of Concrete Foundation Crew, the highly influential Johannesburg-based parkour academy.
Wrench is a pioneer of independent urban freerunning in South Africa, building an elite reputation across competitive events like the Mr Price Pro Ballito Parkour Stars. Operating under his philosophy as an “Evolving Freemover,” he seamlessly integrated his gravity-defying acrobatic skills into a prolific professional career within the global film and stunt industries.
His career as a professional stuntman spans major international cinematic releases, television series, and high-intensity action features. Wrench’s stunt work includes big-budget Hollywood franchises, starting with prominent zombie physical stunt work in Resident Evil: The Final Chapter (2016). His action credentials extend to highly anticipated global thrillers and features, with stunt and acting credits in Slay (2024)—alongside fellow crew members as a football jock—as well as major releases like Good Luck, Have Fun, Don’t Die (2025), Novocaine (2025), and Sniper: No Nation (2026).
